Description: Harriet Perrin was the daughter of Richard Walker (see photo 264) and married Frederick Perrin, a man well-known in the shoe industry for his involvement with the Australian Boot Trade Employees Federation. In this photo she is dressed in a typical 1920s coat, skirt and hat and has a fox fur draped around her shoulders. In the background is the Vere Street school and the photo was probably taken in Rupert Street where the Perrins lived at number 159, next door to the Walkers.
