Description: Poor quality B & W photograph, 9 x 14.5cm. This photograph shows the Beaumaris residence 'The Point', looking in a westerly direction from the vegetable garden towards the back of the buildings. Double storey portion: right half erected by Matthew Lang, left half by Thomas Turner Shaw. Single storey was the basis of Lang's guest annex. The pine trees to the right were doubtless planted for shelter for the neat shooting box.
