Description: B & W poster, 17 x 25.5cm of 52 lots to be auctioned in an area bordered by Pellatt and Haydon Streets, and Beaumaris and Cromer Roads. Ray Street runs through the estate. A locality plan is in the bottom left of the advertisement. Other promotional information includes the Beaumaris Tramway Company's timetable and the closeness of the beach.
