Description: Coloured plan of 50 splendid allotments to be sold in an area bordered by Holding and White Streets and Dalgetty and Reserve Roads. High Street runs through the estate. Locality plan in the bottom right of the advertisment. Sales seem to have gone well, with many names of the purchasers of the allotment included on the plan. Electric Tramway Estate subdivision advertisement, exact year unknown.
