Description: B&W photograph of Wilton built(1887) and owned by John Nicholson. 1905 rented to Emma A'Beckett. It is a large late Victorian Gothic styled residence similar to Kiora in South Rd and is positioned on the Church St Hill. John Nicholson was an importer. The house featured as the 'Beau Manor' in the Martin Boyd book 'Day of my Delight'.
