Description: B & W photograph, 9 x 12.5cm. This photograph is of the mansion 'Chevy Chase' situated at 203 Were Street, Brighton. Originally named 'Bona Park' it was renamed 'Chevy Chase' when sold in 1885. The architect was Frederick Williams and it was built in 1881 in the Italianate style. The house is in the Register of the National Estate, in the Victorian Heritage Register and classified by the National Trust.
