Description: Colour photograph, 16.5 x 14cm. The rotunda was built in 1926 from funds provided by Dr Garnet Leary, the Health Officer for the municipality. It was designed by W.T. Sunderland, who was the City Engineer for Sandringham, and built of reinforced concrete.
