Description: Yakkerboo Festival in Main Street in Pakenham, most likely taken in the early 1980s. The parade is passing the Pakenham Arcade. In the background is the particularly unattractive Shire Offices. The modern facade on the 1912 Shire of Berwick Offices was erected in 1962.
