Description: The Percy Trewin oval is part of Sweeney Reserve in Berwick. Percy Trewin was the custodian, caretaker and maintenance man at the Narre Warren Recreation Reserve for many years and eventually the Reserve, which used to be on the north east corner of Narre-Warren Cranbourne Road and the Princes Highway was named after him. The Reserve has now turned into shops and the oval at Sweeney Reserve now bears his name.
