Description: color photograph 13.2cm by 8.8cm - G Harman former Town Clerk at Government House where he had been presented with the Order of Australia for service to the community. also included is a thumb nail portrait black and white photograph six by 5cm . Harman commenced duty with the Council 30/11/1936 and was appointed Town Clerk in April, 1971
