Description: Image held by North Melbourne Library. 59 Arden Street. This is an early example of a prefabricated house, owned and occupied by members of the same family for most of its existence in North Melbourne. The last owner, Mary Clague, died c1973. In the 1980s the house was moved to the iron house complex in South Melbourne. (399 Coventry Street)
