Description: Formerly 195-197 Abbotsford Street, now 407-409 Abbotsford Street. The building on the left is called Hillside, the residence of James Cooney for many years. The shop next door was his newsagency. Hillside is on the site of Owen's Plumber Shop, the first plumber in North Melbourne. The single story brick building to the right has since been demolished.
