Description: Ethel Mann's painting of Curzon Street in the 1940s. The Town Hall can be seen in the background. All the buildings seen on Curzon Street are no longer extant. It is a rainy day as can be seen by the woman with the umbrella, and the wet road. The woman with the pram is walking up Little Curzon Street. Note the little child looking out of the window in the building at the right.
