Description: B/W Photo 10x15cm This Stately Home Once Stood on an Area Bounded by Belair. Clovelly and Chapman Aves. It Later Became the Home of Estate Agent Mr. A. E. Gibson around 1900. In 1920 it was Sold to Mr. Sam Shallard and its Most Recent Owner was Dr. Ahearn who Practised in Bell St. Sadly the Old Mansion Fell to the Wreckers Hammer in 1959. Chapman Ave.. Clovelly Ave..
