Description: People awaiting the arrival of the Duke of Gloucester, probably on St. Kilda Road, at Moubray Street (refer PCC annual report 1934-5, p.5). A brass band is waiting - perhaps the Prahran City Band. At top LHS is pasted an inset photo - presumably of the Duke - in ceremonial dress in a carriage.
