Description: Black and white photograph of members of the Greek community in Prahran present a Greek flag to the Mayor, Alfred Woodfull, to honour Greek patriots then fighting. The PCC annual report records that the flag was flown from the town hall on the day of the appeal for contributions to the war effort in Greece.
