Description: Photo of the Mayor planting a treet at Forrest Hills Boys' High School (Melbourne High School), almost completed. An official visit was paid to the school by councillors and Education Department officials on 23 June 1927 -- see Mayor's report for details. Council had contributed £6,000 towards the cost of the school.
