Description: Size: 238 x 190 mm The bluestone St Andrew's Church which used to stand on the corner of Gold Street and South Terrace (where Sambell Lodge now stands). The church was built in 1916, incorporating a previous structure, and demolished in 1974. The first church on the site was built with the voluntary labour of parishioners in 1871 on land granted by the government.
