Description: Size: 178 x 127 mm A man, woman and child about four years old pose on the footpath outside their house at 115 Hoddle Street, the leftmost house in a group of five or six simple single-fronted brick houses which made up Mexican Terrace. (A bird's eye view of the houses can be seen in photos 249 and 250). The man wears a top hat, the woman a very full skirt, and the child pantaloons beneath a dress. A tall thin conifer and some other bushes grow in the tiny front garden behind a very attractive fence.
