Description: Apparently a photo from a newspaper or magazine dated 13 August 1924, this is captioned 'At the annual meeting of the Collingwood Creche and Free Kindergarten, Keele Street, yesterday, a happy group of little patrons was inspected by visitors the mayor of Collingwood (Councillor J. Tognini), the president (Mrs W. J. Earle), Councillor T. J. Kane and Mr A. Foullard.' The little boys and girls, well-covered by protective smocks, are shown in the garden.
