Description: This brass band was formed by the Reverend John Thomas Freeman shortly after his appointment in 1928 and is shown here making its debut at the church Spring Fair in September 1929. The school hall is set up with stalls decorated with floral arrangements, and both a Union Jack and an Australian flag hang from the walls.
