Police photographs of' 'Squizzy' Taylor, in profile and full face, possibly taken in the 1920s. Born in 1888, Leslie (Squizzy) Taylor's family lived in Richmond. He was first convicted at aged 18, of assault, and became increasingly more involved in violent crimes including robbery, murder, prostitution and protection rackets. He was noted for his dapper dress style. He was shot by a Sydney gangster in 1927.
