Description: Image held at Richmond Library. Snapshot of a baby, standing in a garden in front of a verandah. Born in 1888 Leslie (Squizzy) Taylor's family lived in Richmond. He was first convicted at aged 18, of assault and became increasingly more involved in violent crimes including robbery, murder, prostitution and protection rackets. He was noted for his dapper sense of style. He was shot by a Sydney gangster in 1927. Patsy is presumably the daughter of his first wife, Lorna Kelly, who he married in 1920 and divorced in 1924 For further information refer to RFC 601 and Hugh Anderson's book 'Larrikin crook : the rise and fall of Squizzy Taylor', Jacaranda Press : Milton, Qld, 1971.
