Description: Image held at Richmond Library. A view of the river with the bridge in the background and the Twickenham Crescent rockery on the left. Opened in 1934 the bridge replaced the Twickenham ferry and connected Richmond and Toorak. It was a centenary gift of Sir Macpherson Robertson, hence it is commonly known as the Macpherson Robertson Bridge. Published in the City of Richmond Report of the Council, 1934-35.
