The caption reads 'Harold Wedlock's step-son, Johnny Willoughby with 'Wee Walla Walla-The World's Smallest Trotter'. 'He was a fair dinkum trotter and he was a miniature one, he never grew. They give him hormone tablets to stop him from growing.' (Harold Wedlock). Johnny Willoughby died at 24 when he was shot near the Cherry Tree hotel, South Richmond in the 1960s. '
